OSBT’s Managed Services team offers a range of predefined IT support services designed to accelerate your business productivity. OSBT technicians work onsite with the client to perform the essential tasks of documenting, managing, and voice/data environment control.

Celsius™Core is the latest development of the industry leading infrastructure management application, Celsius™. Celsius™ is an extremely powerful and flexible database application that provides client's with the ability to centrally manage, monitor and troubleshoot all of their cable infrastructure.

Based on the industry standard MSQL database architecture, Celsius™ provides the flexibility and scalability to support an unlimited number of database records and concurrent users. Several existing Celsius™ clients have active databases supporting in excess of 1 million database records.  Celsius™ can be used effectively in both a day one scenario, from the initial infrastructure design and implementation phases, through to the ongoing management and monitoring (day two) of the installed network infrastructure.

OneSource is expanding its presence within the global IT infrastructure of some of its major accounts. We have been awarded international jobs for data centers in Mexico City and have established a relationship with our partners’ international Corporate Real Estate divisions.

The list of opportunities for OneSource to operate in IT and Data Center support extends across Asia and the Pacific including Auckland, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Sydney, and Tokyo. The opportunities also expand through Europe, including Moscow and Cyprus, as well as the Middle East and Africa. In the Americas, OSBT has been awarded a job to conduct site management and on-call support in Washington DC and Ashburn, VA. In addition, the recent UBS acquisition of Banco Pactual in Brazil, which will allow entrance into Latin America, is also well worth mentioning.
